Limelite HR & Learning was founded in 2020 with a passion to help to build more inclusive, innovative and sustainable workplaces.

We’re a multi award-winning, purpose-led and creative HR & Learning consultancy with a passion for helping to build amazing places to work!

We know that having the right people is vital to helping your organisation succeed. Our expertise support you to attract, retain, manage and develop the right people to achieve your goals.

Lisa Murphy FCIPD


Following a multi award-winning career as a senior leader in the education, charity and private sectors, Lisa founded Limelite HR & Learning to support charities, not-for-profit and values-led organisations to achieve their goals and grow in a sustainable way. 

Lisa is a Fellow member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development, DiSC Psychometric facilitator, qualified trainer and experienced charity trustee. Lisa has experience of transforming people practices from the ground up, creating award winning functions and organisations. 

Her passion for organisational culture, leadership, business and diversity and inclusion, has led to many professional speaking and facilitation opportunities for organisations including the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development, the Association of College’s, Women in Recruitment, House of Colours and Irwin Mitchell.

Lisa also co-hosts the top charting podcast, HR Directors Cut, alongside Kate Maddison-Greenwell and Victoria Bond, where they discuss real life HR issues and support other HR professionals with their development.

Helen Scullion Assoc CIPD

HR Client Manager

Helen joined Limelite in 2022 as the first HR Client Manager. She supports retained clients and acts as their outsourced HR partner, supporting them with any HR need they may have, she also delivers fantastic line manager training each month, which our clients can access for free. 

Helen is fully CIPD qualified and has worked in HR for many years, mostly recently as an in-house HR Manager at an SME.

Helen has experience in regulated industries such as financial services and the pharma/biotech industry, as well as setting up HR functions from scratch for growing businesses. She is passionate about ensuring a positive employee experience where people can thrive, develop and grow.

Helen is a certified DiSC practitioner and Mental Health First Aider, who also enjoys delivering great management training.

Helen volunteers at a local secondary school as an Enterprise Adviser supporting their careers leader and is a volunteer committee member of the CIPD Hereford and Worcester branch, helping to develop other HR practitioners through learning and networking events.
