Our New HR Client
Manager at Limelite HR!

We’re absolutely thrilled to welcome Jan to our Limelite HR team as our new HR Client Manager! With over 12 years of experience in the HR field, Jan brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise. Shaped by her diverse background working across both large public sector services and smaller commercial businesses. What truly sets Jan apart is her deep understanding of the challenges faced by managers. Whether they’re seasoned leaders or stepping into people management for the first time.

Jan’s HR Journey:

Jan’s HR journey began after spending years as a strategic lead in a large organisation, where she worked closely with HR teams. That experience ignited her passion for human resources, and she has since developed a reputation for providing trusted, practical advice. As a qualified coach, she draws on her senior management background to offer insight and empathy. Helping managers handle their people responsibilities with confidence.

Our Story with Jan:

Our story with Jan began during the pandemic. At the time, her company recognised the need to upskill managers to help them navigate the transition back to a ‘new normal.’ Jan and Lisa (Limelite CEO) first met online to discuss creating a management training programme. This would not only develop technical skills but also equip managers to thrive in their new people-leadership roles. Together, they co-developed and facilitated a bespoke essential skills programme that made a measurable, positive impact. Jan recalls how this collaborative effort – where we took time to understand the business’s goals and people, was a key success factor. The managers who participated were able to immediately implement their learnings, making the training practical and results driven.

This initial project sparked a lasting professional relationship. Jan frequently turned to Lisa and Limelite HR for HR advice and learning support. Over time, Lisa became one of Jan’s trusted mentors, offering pragmatic advice on how to get the best out of people while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Lisa’s own experience in standalone HR roles meant she understood Jan’s challenges, fostering a close and supportive connection.

When the opportunity arose for Jan to join Limelite HR, it was a perfect match. Having worked with us as a client, she already knew our values aligned and we couldn’t be happier that she decided to make Limelite her next career step. In her new role as HR Client Manager, Jan will be partnering with small business owners and in-house HR professionals. She will provide HR advice, project support, training, and DISC psychometric profiling – for individuals and teams.

Jan is excited to…

Jan is especially excited about helping leaders create great workplaces through a commercial and pragmatic approach. She brings a fresh perspective, combining strategic insight with hands-on experience. Whether it’s offering solutions to complex HR challenges or supporting managers in their development, Jan is dedicated to making a meaningful impact. We are incredibly fortunate to have Jan on our team, and we’re looking forward to the exciting contributions she will bring to Limelite HR. Welcome aboard, Jan! We know that with your expertise, passion, and commercial mindset, our clients are in excellent hands!
