Limelite have delivered two training courses for us at University College Birmingham over the past 18 months; management toolkit training to upskill a group of less experienced managers to help them succeed in their management roles and bespoke skills training to our entire management population on the launch of our new performance management process. At YMCA Worcestershire, we have been through a period of substantial change and development. As part of this we refreshed our vision, mission and values.
