Our ‘Management Toolkit’ programme has been designed to give new and middle managers a great foundation of effective management skills and concepts to ensure they get the best from their teams.

Accredited or non-accredited training options to suit your needs
We have carefully selected our six most popular and impactful management workshops to create a programme of essential skills for managers, covering the whole employee life cycle.
You can choose the Institute of Leadership accredited version of this programme or the non-accredited version, which can be tailored to your needs. If you choose the accredited version, each attendee achieves membership to the Institute of Leadership at Associate Level for 12 months following the course, this provides several additional resources and continuous professional development opportunities.
