Full day workshops include:
Using DiSC psychometric profiling and the Catalyst learning platform, each leader is supported to reflect on the styles, needs, strengths and areas for development of themselves and their colleagues. The dynamics of the whole team is explored in relation to key traits of high performing teams.
Leaders come away from this one day workshop with a clear understanding of the differences between coaching, mentoring and training and the benefits and uses for each. They are able to utilise key coaching concepts and techniques in their every day practice, including active listening and goal setting.
During this highly interactive workshop, leaders explore key areas of inclusion and diversity and how they intersect.
By the end of the day, leaders understand what Inclusion means; the employment law surrounding diversity, equity and inclusion; barriers to inclusion and ways to overcome these barriers.
In one of our most lively workshops, we use a live actor to really bring the learning to life! This day is full of interactive demonstrations and optional role plays, moving leaders out of their comfort zone to ensure the learning sticks and shifts attitudes.
Based on our experience of supporting and coaching managers and leaders, along with our expert knowledge of the latest leadership research, all our courses are highly interactive with a focus on the practical application of knowledge.
