Our founder, Lisa Murphy, brings a background in adult education within a social-justice-mission charity, lived experience of neurodiversity, and years of research and practice in diversity and inclusion. This passion shapes every part of our work, helping organisations build fairer, more inclusive workplaces where everyone can thrive.

We believe DEIB training should create real, lasting change — not just compliance. Our programmes are engaging, creative and sector-specific, from hands-on workshops to our popular Inclusive Leadership session, where participants explore inclusive leadership while building their own ‘inclusive leader superhero’ from clay.
