Whether clients engage with us for HR consultancy, learning and development support, or purchase one of our online products, our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction remains at the heart of everything we do.

As part of this commitment, we aim to ensure that all clients have a clear understanding of how our online services and digital products are purchased, delivered, and supported. Transparency matters to us, and we want every interaction, from browsing to buying, to feel straightforward, professional, and reassuring.

To help you feel confident when purchasing through our website, we have outlined our Terms of Service below. These terms explain how our online products are sold, your rights as a customer, and what you can expect from us throughout the process. We encourage all clients to read this information carefully before completing a transaction, and to get in touch if you have any questions.

Website Terms of Service

These Terms of Sale apply to purchases made through the Limelite People Group Ltd website, trading as Limelite HR & Learning.

By purchasing products or services through this website you agree to the terms set out below.

Digital Products (HR Policies, Templates and Toolkits)

Our HR policies, templates and toolkits are supplied as digital downloads.

Once a digital product has been purchased and access or download has been provided, the product is non-refundable.

If you experience any problems accessing the files or believe a document has been supplied incorrectly, please contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Digital products are supplied for use within your own organisation only and must not be reproduced, resold or distributed without permission.

HR Advice and Support Services

We may offer HR advice and support through the website, including:

  • HR advice and guidance sessions
  • Bundles or banks of HR support hours

Payment is required in advance.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Purchased hours are non-refundable.
  • Hours must be used within 12 months of purchase, after which unused hours expire.
  • Time is recorded in minimum 15-minute increments.

If you need to reschedule a booked advice session, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice where possible.

Important Information About HR Advice

Advice and guidance provided by Limelite People Group Ltd t/a Limelite HR & Learning is based on the information available at the time and the details provided by the client.

You are responsible for ensuring that any information provided to us is accurate, complete and up to date.

Our guidance is intended to provide practical HR support and does not constitute legal advice. Final decisions regarding the implementation of any advice remain the responsibility of the client organisation.

Training Courses and Workshops

Where you book a place on a training course or workshop:

  • More than 30 days’ notice: full refund available
  • 15–30 days’ notice: 25% of the course fee may be retained
  • 7–14 days’ notice: 50% of the course fee may be retained
  • 2–6 days’ notice: 75% of the course fee may be retained
  • Less than 48 hours’ notice or non-attendance: the full fee is payable

Where possible we may offer:

  • a transfer to another course date, or
  • a substitute delegate.

Cancellation by Us

If we need to cancel or reschedule a course, service or session, we will notify you as soon as possible.

You will be offered either:

  • an alternative date, or
  • a full refund.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Limelite People Group Ltd t/a Limelite HR & Learning shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss including, but not limited to:

  • loss of profits
  • loss of business or contracts
  • loss of anticipated savings
  • loss of data
  • loss of goodwill.

Our total liability in connection with any product or service purchased through this website shall be limited to the amount paid for the relevant service or £1,000, whichever is lower.

Nothing in these terms limits liability where it cannot legally be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or fraud.

Complaints

We are committed to providing a high-quality service to all clients of Limelite People Group Ltd t/a Limelite HR & Learning.

If you are dissatisfied with any product or service purchased through our website, we encourage you to raise the issue with us as soon as possible so that we can work with you to resolve it.

In the first instance, please speak with your designated contact at Limelite HR & Learning, who will try to resolve the matter informally.

If the issue cannot be resolved at that stage, you may make a formal complaint.

  • Complaints should be raised within one month of the issue occurring.
  • Complaints follow our internal complain procedures, which can be requested as needed

Complaints must be raised by the organisation purchasing the service. We are unable to accept complaints directly from employees of client organisations.
