HR partnerships that build amazing workplaces

  • We are very grateful for support received from Limelite HR in dealing with a recent grievance investigation. As a small charity, it would have been challenging for us to deal with the volume of material in this case and to appoint an impartial investigator internally, so having a consultant to manage the investigation was very helpful.

Laura dealt with the complexities of the case very well, and conducted a thorough and detailed investigation – including looking into related areas which were not specifically raised within the grievance, to ensure all relevant information was properly considered before reaching her conclusion. Her findings were well delivered and have given us clarity and confidence to move forward.
