Following an award-winning career as a board-level senior leader in the education, charity and private sectors, Lisa founded Limelite HR & Learning to support organisations with people-focused, sustainable and inclusive organisational development by providing innovative people management solutions and bespoke Leadership Development programmes.

Areas of specialism

Lisa is an experienced and qualified trainer, HR professional and trustee. She is a specialist in strategic HR project management, learning and development and Diversity and Inclusion and she speaks on these and other topics for many organisations.

Lisa is also a DiSC psychometric practitioner, Mental health First Aider and neurodiversity expert.
