Lisa is an experienced and qualified trainer, HR professional and trustee. She is a specialist in strategic HR project management, learning and development and Diversity and Inclusion and she speaks on these and other topics for many organisations.
Lisa is also a DiSC psychometric practitioner, Mental health First Aider and neurodiversity expert.

Limelite have delivered two training courses for us at University College Birmingham over the past 18 months; management toolkit training to upskill a group of less experienced managers to help them succeed in their management roles and bespoke skills training to our entire management population on the launch of our new performance management process. Lisa and her team worked closely with us to understand our institution’s specific needs and challenges to create training that was relevant and impactful. On both programmes the training was delivered in an interactive, engaging, and inclusive way which encouraged discussion and created opportunities for knowledge sharing and learning.
