With more than 15 years’ experience across the Retail, Manufacturing, Education, and Engineering sectors, she supports organisations to navigate people challenges with confidence while building positive, high-performing workplace cultures.

Nicky works closely with clients to streamline HR processes, ensure compliance, and deliver practical people solutions that support business growth.   • Having grown from 2 members of staff to circa 15 in 3 years, we are seeing a very different requirement of our time as Directors. The support from WCC and Limelite HR has given us confidence in our provision of benefits and information for our growing workforce. The implementation of these suggestions futureproofs us as an employer of choice for the existing team and new team members in the future. Without the funding for the culture book and the further ideas it generated within us, it’s unlikely that we would have launched an intranet for another couple of years.
