Learning and Development Consultant

With extensive expertise in talent development, leadership training and organisational learning, Lee Moody brings a strategic yet hands-on approach to building high-performing teams.

Holding Chartered Membership of the CIPD and a strong grounding in adult learning theory, Lee bridges academic rigour with practical application. His sessions are consistently described as dynamic, interactive and designed for participants who rarely sit behind a desk, making him especially well suited to sectors like theatre, hospitality and live events.

Lee is also known for his focus on measurable outcomes and stakeholder engagement, ensuring training aligns with business goals and supports sustained culture change.
