HR Client Manager

Helen joined Limelite in 2022 as the first HR Client Manager. In her role, she acts as an outsourced HR partner for retained clients, supporting them with a wide range of HR needs. Helen is fully CIPD qualified and brings years of experience, as an in-house HR Manager for SMEs. Helen has worked in regulated industries such as financial services and biotech and has successfully set up HR functions for growing businesses. She is passionate about fostering positive employee experiences where individuals can develop, grow, and thrive.

Helen believes in the value of a positive, supportive work culture and its impact on individual and business success. She enjoys the variety her role offers, from recruiting and developing talent to designing strategies that enhance employee engagement and satisfaction. Helping others realise their potential is what Helen finds most fulfilling.

Areas of Specialism

Helen is a certified DiSC practitioner and enjoys delivering team workshops and individual sessions, particularly for new managers. She is skilled in management training, helping leaders develop the tools they need to succeed.

  • From the initial conversation with Lisa, it was clear we needed to improve our contract and guide to help the new contractors understand the business and what is expected of them whilst working with us.
