Blending organisational psychology, leadership research and real-world scenarios, the programme brings learning to life through engaging activities and practical tools leaders can apply straight away. Every attendee receives a full DiSC personality profile report, helping them understand their own leadership style — and how to work brilliantly with others.

You can choose either an accredited or non-accredited version of this programme, depending on what your organisation needs. The accredited pathway includes 12 months’ Institute of Leadership membership at Member Level, giving participants access to exclusive resources, ongoing CPD and continued learning long after the programme ends.

    Our second two workshops include understanding the psychology of challenging conversations & how individual styles impact our appetite for these. Then review what makes a high-performance team, how we can improve performance & how healthy conflict impacts psychological safety.

    Our last two workshops explore change management & create a culture of adaptability using fun exercises to cement the learning. Then finally, managing and influencing stakeholders for strategic impact, personal brand and how leadership shapes culture.
