    DiSC in Practice - Limelite Partner Programme is live, online training for professionals who want to learn about Everything DiSC® and use it confidently in real-world settings. Whether you work internally or with clients, this programme teaches you how to deliver practical, engaging group sessions, team workshops and meaningful 1-to-1 conversations and recruitment campaigns using Everything DiSC® reports. You'll also learn about Catalyst - the unique online platform that brings team building using DiSC to life beyond the workshop. The focus is on application, not theory, helping you understand team dynamics, support leaders and improve how people work together.

    You don’t need any previous experience with DiSC, by the end of the course you'll be able to use Everything DiSC® confidently and responsibly in your organisation or client work.

    Everything DiSC® is a flexible, accessible framework available on any device. Catalyst is the interactive online platform that allows individuals and teams to explore profiles, relationships and team dynamics together, supporting learning beyond a single workshop.
